Conversion Funnel Visualizer
Enter up to 6 funnel stages (visitors, leads, opportunities, sales…) and the tool draws a visual funnel, calculates conversion rates between stages, identifies the biggest bottleneck and suggests an improvement target.

Viewed product → Added to cart
Only 22,9% of the 3.500 who reached "Viewed product" moved forward. 2.700 people dropped off here — this is where the highest gain potential lies.

How it works
How the Conversion Funnel Visualizer works
The tool takes up to 6 stages of your funnel in order (for example visitors, leads, opportunities and sales) and draws the funnel visually. For each pair of neighboring stages it calculates the conversion rate: it divides the next stage by the previous one and multiplies by 100. That way you see, step by step, how much each stage carries over from the one before it.
Picture 10,000 visitors who became 500 leads, 120 opportunities and 30 sales. Visitor to lead conversion is 500 ÷ 10,000 × 100 = 5%; lead to opportunity is 120 ÷ 500 × 100 = 24%; and opportunity to sale is 30 ÷ 120 × 100 = 25%. The tool flags the biggest bottleneck at the visitor-to-lead jump, where only 5% moves forward.
In Brazilian e-commerce, watch the checkout stage closely: cart abandonment often swallows a large share of sales due to expensive shipping, missing Pix or poor installment options. The suggested improvement target focuses on the bottleneck, so prioritize testing one change at a time at that stage before reworking the entire funnel.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What is a conversion funnel?
- A conversion funnel is the sequence of stages a visitor goes through to become a customer, for example visitors → leads → opportunities → sales. At each stage some people advance and some drop off, which gives it the narrowing shape. This tool draws the funnel and calculates conversion between stages.
- How do I calculate the conversion rate between funnel stages?
- Stage-to-stage conversion rate = (people in the next stage ÷ people in the previous stage) × 100. Example: 1,000 visitors and 80 leads = 8%. The visualizer computes this automatically for every pair of stages you enter (up to 6).
- What is a funnel bottleneck and how do I find it?
- The bottleneck is the stage with the largest percentage drop from one step to the next — where you lose the most people. The tool compares every transition and automatically flags the biggest bottleneck, which is usually the highest-leverage place to optimize.
- Is the Conversion Funnel Visualizer free?
- Yes, it's 100% free and runs right in your browser with no signup. You enter up to 6 funnel stages and instantly see the visual funnel, the conversion rates between stages, the biggest bottleneck and a suggested improvement target.
- When should I use a funnel visualizer instead of a conversion calculator?
- Use the visualizer when your process has several stages (visit, lead, opportunity, checkout, sale) and you want to see where the loss concentrates. For a single visit-to-purchase rate a simple calculator is enough; the visualizer shines at comparing stages and finding the bottleneck.
