Terms of Use

The rules for using the Batedor platform. By signing up, you agree to this document.

Last updated: May 17, 2026

1. Purpose

Batedor is a platform for automated monitoring of competitors on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and public websites. The tool collects publicly available content to generate analyses, alerts, and reports.

2. Registration and account

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials (email and password) safe. Use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older and provide truthful information.
  • Creating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization is prohibited.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform in an ethical and lawful manner. The following is prohibited:

  • Attempting to circumvent the product's technical limits (rate limits, plans, authentication).
  • Collecting private or protected data from the monitored sources.
  • Reselling access to Batedor without written authorization.
  • Using the platform to harass, defame, or copy creative content without attribution.

4. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly via PagBank. The charge is automatic and recurring on the same day of the month, based on the selected plan. In the event of a payment failure, we make further attempts for up to 7 days before suspending the account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard under Billing. Cancellation takes effect in the next cycle — the period already paid for remains active until it ends. We do not provide prorated refunds.

For permanent deletion of your account and data, use the “Delete account” option under My account. There is a 7-day grace period before permanent removal.

6. Liability

We provide the platform “as is”. Analyses are based on public sources and AI models that may be inaccurate — you must interpret the data in the context of your own operation. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the reports.

Batedor does not store credit card data. Payments are processed by PagBank, which is responsible for the security of billing data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this document at any time — material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
