Does the free trial require a card?

No. The 14-day trial is free and does not ask for a card.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, billed on a recurring basis through Mercado Pago. Annual plans on request.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. You can cancel whenever you want, with no fee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In one click from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is there an annual discount?

Annual plans are negotiated on request. Talk to the sales team through the contact page.

Do you issue invoices?

Automatic invoicing is not available in the dashboard yet. If you need a Brazilian tax invoice, contact finance through the contact page.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. When you switch, we only charge the prorated difference.

What happens if I reach the competitor limit?

The dashboard warns you first. You decide whether to upgrade or adjust your competitor list.
