Why use 3 scenarios

  • Conservative (50%): leaves room for measurement errors and excluded operational costs.
  • Neutral (75%): target for a healthy operation — bid goal.
  • Aggressive (90%): only justified with high LTV or strong repeat purchases (covers day-1 loss).

Reading caveats

  • "Maximum" CPA assumes each sale only recovers the first-order margin. If you have strong repeat purchases, you can go higher.
  • The LP conversion rate must be real, not a market average. Use your own, from the quarter.
  • Compare CPM/CTR with effective ROAS after 1-2 weeks — the model is a projection, not a guarantee.
