Instagram Bot Detector
Analyze whether a profile has real or bot-inflated engagement. Calculates real engagement rate, likes/comments ratio, comments per post and compares against healthy benchmarks for the follower tier. Gives a 0-100 score + diagnosis (healthy/attention/risk).
Profile data
Use an average from the last 10–20 posts to reduce noise. Stories and Reels are excluded (different metrics).
How do these criteria work?
Engagement rate: (likes + comments) ÷ followers × 100. The larger the profile, the LOWER the expected rate (law of diminishing returns). We compare your rate against the healthy band for your follower tier.
Likes/comments ratio: Real audiences typically have a ratio of 30:1 to 100:1. Like-bots inflate likes without commenting (ratio >150). Purchased comments are short and generic, inflating the comments side (ratio <10).
